Huber Settlement Class
On June 25, 2007, a Notice
was sent to the Huber Settlement Class that described the
terms of the Huber Settlement. The Huber Settlement Class
was modified by Court Order on March 3, 2008. On September
22, 2008, a separate Notice was
disseminated to Huber Settlement Class Members describing
proposed Plan of Allocation, the request for attorneys'
fees, and how to obtain proceeds from any of the settlements
in this case.
The Huber Settlement affects persons
and entities who purchased OSB structural panel products in
the United States directly from any Defendant from June 1,
2002 and March 5, 2007. The Court previously entered a final
order approving the Huber Settlement, under which Huber paid
$2,000,000 for the benefit of a class.
