Huber Settlement Class

On June 25, 2007, a Notice was sent to the Huber Settlement Class that described the terms of the Huber Settlement. The Huber Settlement Class was modified by Court Order on March 3, 2008. On September 22, 2008, a separate Notice was disseminated to Huber Settlement Class Members describing proposed Plan of Allocation, the request for attorneys' fees, and how to obtain proceeds from any of the settlements in this case.
