Georgia-Pacific Settlement Class
On April 8, 2008, a Notice was sent to the Georgia-Pacific Settlement Class that described the terms of the Georgia-Pacific Settlement.
On September 22, 2008, a separate Notice was disseminated to

The Court previously
entered a final order approving the Georgia-Pacific Settlement, under which
Georgia-Pacific agreed to pay $9,880,000 for the benefit of the class.
